What is required?
In your reponse you indicated that my attorney should be able to handle the matter for me can it be done without an attorney? and if so wny insight you can provide would be greatky appreciated.God Bless

You could try to handle it without an attorney. The best way to do it would be to put your case on court calendar before your surrender date and explain things to the judge. Make sure you have documents/back up for any medical or financial claims you are making. Judge might be sympathetic to medical issues, much less so to stories of financial woes. For medical issues, make sure you have something from your doctor explaining why you should not be in jail at this time. Your track record in showing up to court and previous criminal record or lack of it will be among factors that the judge will take into account for sure.
If you wait to make your argument until the day of your surrender you need to be prepared that the judge will not grant you any additional time and you will be remanded.
