Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Rermoval from sex offender web-site
Many attorney's have been contacting me in regard to removing my name (and more) from the sex offenders web-site. Of course they charge from $5000 to $12000. Is there anyway I can submit the paperwork myself? And who would I send it to, the justice department?

To do this yourself would require you to learn the process and then submit the appropriate petition.
