Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), Trespassing (Misdemeanor), first offense

I was wondering what the likely sentence would be if I am charged with resisting arrest (w/o violence) and trespassing -- both misdemeanors. The person who owns the property doesn't want to press charges against me. He will testify in court to that. At the time, he just wanted me off his property. Unfortunately, when the police came I was unhappy and was sprayed with pepper spray. I am going to court in 2 weeks and am hoping there will be a fine and maybe probation but not jail time. If convicted, this will be my first offense. What should I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Misdemeanors have a maximum jail sentence of either 6 months or 12 months. A misdemeanor on a clean record should be avoided. Retaining an attorney to represent you would be your best course of action.
