resisting arrest
i was stopped by the police on the sidewalk for walking in the middle of the street w/ attempt to suicide. my boyfriend walked up on the sidewalk while the officer was just gonna write me a ticket for jaywalking cuz i had told him i was only jaywalking. but my boyfriend thought i was getting arrested cuz he knew i was alredi on probation. but he came up by my side and the officer just tld him to get his hand out of his pocket and my bf wuldnt so i removed his hand. and the officer told him to go sit down and everyhing started the officer tazered him and me cuz i was hugging him so the officer wouldt tazer him but me instead. them he called 5 or 6 other officers and the pushed us to the ground and tazered my bf on the ground again but they didnt tazer me wen on the ground..i didnt get charged with resisting arrest cuz i admitted to it being that he was just trying to save me from commiting suicide and i got him involed i was sent to a psychiatric hospital for 5 or 6 days and we posted his bail a day after they took him to jail and he has his court in a month well on the 9 of this month. he is chargd with misdeaminor violation os penal code 148 i believe..what is his sentence he would get wit a complete clean record and he is 19??

He could go to jail because of this offense. The prosecution love to punish people for PC 148.
He could also be put on probation with no jail time. It all depends on the details of the case and the attorneys involved.
