Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
is there a way or resource to look up the statistics of how juries rule? For example, if I wanted to reference all the cases that have gone to trial where someone was evading police and caused death to see how many of them returned with a guilty verdict of murder, how can I find that out? Or even how many cases of a specific charge are heard each year and what are the outcomes and sentencing generally imposed----I'm just interested in some statistics...>

Even if you could get these types of statistics, they would not be as useful as your own attorney's knowledge of what goes on at your local courthouse. You could try the California Courts website at www.courtinfo.ca.gov
