Restraing order violations
dispute with neighbor,we are under video surveilance, she filed a restraining order against my husband, he stepped over their property line to blow leaves, had to plead guilty to vio.3 year prob.& fine, now we had a search warrant served and he had to submit to custody, and bailed ,we are now awaiting arraignment, what can we do? Help my neighbor is relentless and smart, we are living in hell, she lives next door.

The easy answer is to assure the Court that the violation was minor and unintentional. Then stay away from your neighbor.
