Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a restraining order against the father of my child. He s in jall on other charges. Can I bring the baby down to the jall to allow the father to see the 3 month baby?

Yes, if the jail allows it, but why do so if you want to do so if you felt it necessary to get a restraining against him?
Nothing like nice quality family time at the local jail facility. You would have to call the jail facility to determine whether they would let you bring an infant during visitation time. I don't think it is morally appropriate that you got a restraining order, and now want to go visit him in jail, but I doubt that any judge would find him in violation of the restraining order as he does not have any say in the matter, other than to refuse your jail visitation request.
