Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Restraining Order & Prohibited Recording

I have a restraining order against neighbor. Is it illegal for me buy a pin camera to secretely record his on going harrassment? Can I place security cameras pointing to his side of property to prove on-going harrasment and violation of my restrainign order without violating any other law?

Which law will protect me from recording ''prohibited recording'' because I have a restraining order?

I keep filing police reports that get declined by City Attorney because I don't have proof, yet neighbor continues harrassing me. What are my rights?

Thanks

I would go to a website that features security cameras, or visit Fry's Electronics. Today's digital multi-camera recorders have amazing capabilities.
