Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Restraining Order
I would like to know how to prove to a court that what has been put on a restraining order is false.
Do you need to take witnesses to court with you or would they need to write statements or how? Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Restraining Order
Normally sworn under oath written statements from witnesses is sufficient. Especially important witnesses - you may want them in court to testify. However, since the court may be really busy have them do statements also.
