Restraining Order

I rent from my employer,my partner put a restraing order on me for domestic violence. Can I go with my boss to retrieve my things while she is gone?

That depends on what the restraining order says. If it only requires you to stay away from her, then you can go to the house when she's far enough away. If it requires you to also stay away from the house (which it probably does), then you can't. The law does not recognize a "but I wasn't alone and she was away" exception.
