Can we get a restraining order?

My wife's ex-boyfriend continually harasses and calls my wife in the middle of the night on her work phone. Can we issue a restraining order against him?

Your wife should be able to get a restraining order if she can show that the ex-boyfriend is the one making the calls. She should have an attorney represent her if possible.
