Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Restricted License

I got a DUI in 2002. I was ordered to take a 6 month class which I did. I thought my license was back. A month ago I got a new company car and when they put me on the insurance it came back that my it was suspended for failure to complete theclasses. I called the place I took the class and they only hold records for 3 years. The dmv told me I had no option but to take the class again. I need my licences so I signged up again. I went down to get a rest. license while I was in the class and was told that I only had 1 year to complete the classes. Is there a way to get a restricted license? I am willing to pay any amount to get one because it will save my job

Re: Restricted License

You'll have to go back to the court, explain the situation, and get a new order for classes, or a waiver of the requirement and release of your license.
