retrieving wrongley seized personal property
huntington beach took my husbands cal drivers license along with 75 to 100 other items as
evidance leaving no property recipt filing no charges 8 months ago he is incarcerated unrelated i need his identification i have power of att they refuse what do i do to get it it is urgent
