Reversing a Guilty Plea

If your public attorney lies to you to get you to change a not guilty plea to guilty can you petition the court to rescind the guilty plea

Yes, you can.

If you want to request the Court to set aside your plea, the sooner you decide to do it the better. Because of certain procedural rules, if you wait too long it might be next to impossible to achieve your goal.
