Penal Code section 1000.1 provides that the guilty plea shall not constitute a conviction for any purpose unlessthe court enters judgement pursuant to the provisons of the defered entry of judgment sections. Thus upon the completion of the deferred judgment program and the dismissal of the charges you are not convicted of any thing for any purpose.
