Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I really need help! My rights are being violated!
I need help! It started in 2004 and it does not seems to be stopping... In 2004 Redondo PD crosses city lines to search my resident for things that my girlfriend was supposely doing.
I am poor and I could only be defended by public defender. When I point things wrong they ignore me.
bottom line my rights was violated then and violated now!
They have no post investigation
no victum
no evidence of crime
no search warrant.
pub def is just a mouth for the prosacutor.
recently - I got a traffic ticket... The PVPD tried to get my probation officer to violate me but he said no. When I went to court I found the ticket was not posted. on 4/20/07 I found that a warrant was issue... Redondo Proscutor decided to pull the traffic ticket and violate me himself. Still the probation officer still do not find that this is a violation. Everyone else is wondering what is going on. ME to!
Please I need legal help.

I very much doubt that the prosecution has "no evidence of a crime". The fact that you don't know what the evidence is does not mean the prosecutor has none.
In many situations police can enter a home without a warrant. Likewise, police officers from one community can often perform police duties in another. Many of the circumstances which would justify doing one of these things would also justify doing the other.
Saying that there is no victim tells us very little, since we don't know what you're charged with. Many crimes -- most obviosuly, drug possession and use -- have no victim in the conventional sense but are crimes nonetheless.
Few defendants are satisfied with their public defenders. This is understandable, since PDs almost never have as much time available for a case as they should. A client's dissatisfaction does not mean that the PD is doing his job incorrectly.
Perhaps there is more to your story, but you have made accusations without providing many facts to back them up. It's hard to agree with conclusions without knowing what facts they are based upon.
