what does "RM at the end of criminal case number mean

That depends on the County where the case is pending. Sometimes the letters after or before a case number mean the courthouse, sometimes it means the Judge assigned to the case, sometimes it means whether a case is a Felony or Misdemeanor. The notations are all specific to the particular county and sometimes the courthouse.
