robbery
what if someone is facing over 3 counts of felony robbery charges, some which may even include assult with a deadly weapon. how much time do you think this person can get if they plead innocent..? How much time can they get for each felony.

If you plead innocent ? (not guilty) you go to trial. I need to know if special circumstances were charged given the deadly weapon allegation. Another factor is the defendant's prior history, and whether or not there was serious bodily injury. Call if you have not already hired an attorney.
