Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My roommate is trying to filed a restraining order on me, for something i told her i did but i didn't actually do, i just said it to get back at her for what she said to me. will this be on my record and will the judge actually file one on me?

It's impossible to say what will happen without knowing the facts. Your roommate might get the order she seeks. If she wins, the order will haunt you for years to come.
