What are the rules/laws and restrictions of dating someone who's 17 when you're 30?

If you have sex with her it is statutory rape. A 17 year old does not have the maturity to know that she should not be dating someone so much older. You are taking advantage of her and should immediately stop. If you do not, you have hanging over your head the possibility that she or her parents sometime over the next several years will accuse you of rape.
