my husben is being charged with VC 23152(A) and (B) and VC 14601.2(A) and PC496(A) 2 counts and HS 11364 how much time do you thank he is going to get?

Without knowing more, it's impossible to know what he's facing. The 496 can be either a felony or a misdemeanor. He's obviously had a prior DUI (because the 14601.2 is for driving on a suspended license when it was suspended for a DUI conviction). That carries mandatory minimum jail time and an ignition interlock device. The DUI (I assume a second [or more] offense) will be another chunk in jail. The 496 - that depends on the value of the property, the facts of the case and the rest of your husband's record.

Bottom line - he's in trouble. Get him a lawyer, then ask what he's looking at.
