Should I seal my juvenile record or just answer no to ever been convicted since a juvenile sustained petition is not a conviction?

I always advise clients to have their juvenile record sealed. If done appropriately, it is eventually destroyed. Contrary to popular belief, juvenile records are not automatically sealed.
