Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
sealing a one stirke/felony conviction
If my son, who is 17, has been convicted of a felony and one strike, can this be sealed? Who will be able to see it and who does he legally have to report this to when filling out any applications?

Many serious juvenile offenses cannot be sealed. You need to consult with an attorney regarding the ability to get some relief.
