Search of a home
If the police search a home and find a gun and drugs can every one in the house be charged. if the owner of the drugs and gun don't come forward and own up to it.

Everyone can be charged. However, whether the government can prevail against everyone is a different question. Of course, it depends on the quantity of drugs found. One gun and a large quantityt of drugs might lend greater support to charging everyone in the house. But depending on the quantity, they might not make it passed the preliminary hearing stage because they probably won't have sufficient evidence to establish probable cause against everone.
