Search and Seizure
search warrant issued. stopped while driving. ordered to exit the car when wihout any reason handcuffed and put in back of patrol car. The search was made after detained. without any probale cause to arrest, and the effect of a custodial arrest is the evidence found admissable or can this be contested?

It looks like the initial stop and detention might be contestable. You should consult a lawyer to analyze the situation. Everything depends on facts and circumstances and what is in the police report, i.e., are there any lies which can be proven as lies.
