I would like to know how long is a search warrant valid from date of issue until it becomes invalid?

Re: Search Warrant And Affidavit
there is not per se an actual date deadline for warrants to remain valid, but they are rather deemed "fresh" or invalid based on what is called the totality of the circumstances test based on all of the evidence presented to issue the warrant as well as the length of time it remains valid. if you can email me additional facts on your warrant and case, i can provide you with further assistance.
