Search Warrant Procedures
After enquiring on Three(3)separate occations(while being searched and arrested)are the Police required by ''Law'' or ''Standard Proceedure'',at the time of execution and service of a ''Search Warrant''; To disclose and/or show said ''Warrant'',as well as to give, and/or leave a copy with the person, and/or property named?

I read something recently concerning showing a search warrant. However, it may be a procedure. I don't believe it is required by law. There has to be so much apprehension by the police, who are searching a residence, that it could lead to violence with a deadly weapon, that making sure that they leave a copy of the search warrant is probably not high on their priorities.
If charges are filed, you'll get to review the search warrant at the time of the arraignment.
