Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Search Warrants
My husband was on probation officers had arrested him outside, they still came in my house and searched after the fact they had him. How do I find out what type of warrant they had?

Re: Search Warrants
Thank you for your inquiry. A person on probation can be searched without warrant, but that doesn't mean that there may not have been a warrant in this case. Your defense attorney will be able to get information on any warrants from the discovery provided in the case.
