search warrent listed with a roomates name, no drugs found in my living area or

police serve a warrent with roomates name listed. no illegal evidence was found on myself or in my living area. they did find a few articles of clothing of mine in her closet, and some paystubs and tax records in a nightstand in her room. is this enough to connect me to anthing? we had stopped dating aprox 1 month before this happened and saw each other on rare occasion. while being asked for information, i stated i wanted to talk with legal councel. which the arresting office informed me, he was going to arrest me with all the same charges against her. can they arrest me if wasnt listed on the search warrent nor did i have anything on me or in my location of the house ?

My best guess is they were blowing smoke. You did exactly the right thing by asking for a lawyer, at that point they had to stop questioning you. This ticked off the officer, so he made some noise about arresting you. Always remain silent, do not consent to searches, ask for a lawyer rightaway, and ignore all their threats and intimidation. Also, do not go to the police station unless you are under arrest.
