Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

what do I need to do to when searched by a male officer 3 times when I asked for a female officer I was ignored this took place in North County California I wound up pleading guilty by the advice of a public defender that I told this information to she also ignored me , now I am deferred to a PC1000 program that I register for today at Vista Courthouse and I am Not sure of what my rights are , I am a first time offender and have never been arrested for anything in my life ,I am a 48 year old female who has no record at all I feel as if I was violated by the arresting officer I need to find out what to do ASAP as I promised the court to register today I do not want any failures to comply and be put back in that awfull and very scary jail ever again ... Help If you can this is my life upside down... sincerely, L N. 02-01-2010
