Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Could i seek the help of the public prosecutor in filling charges of a false sworn statement executed by my ex-wife in order to secure a TRO against me?

Generally, the local prosecutors base their filings on police reports. They will probably tell you to file a report with your local law enforcement agency. Then the cops may or may not investigate, depending on whether they think the matter is serious or trivial. Their report goes to the prosecuting agency which makes the final decision on whether to file a case.
