Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Help I am seeking Representatn. I am a hard working citizen with a job and money. Please answer me asap. When me and my husband ( he was driving) got pulled over yesterday I ended up going to jail for a felony charge due to a casino free play points card belonging to a friend of ours who had went to the casinowithusthe night prior. The police did not repeect my rughtsthey forced me to submit to a search even though I didsnt consent and I was not on parole or probation of any sort. Upon arrival to jail they forced me to submit my blood for testing then stripped seardched me fullnaked and made me expose both. My bodily cavities and cough three times. Then they proceeede to rough me up leaving large bruises on my hip and side. I don't have much of a record and having nt been to jail scince 2009 and have not ever been convicted of a felony ever. They also impounded my car and put me into jail I was forced to make bail just to get out in time to go to work. Help me beat these ass holes!!!
