Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Selling your own perscription medicine
I recently went on a trip to Thailand, before I left I filled a perscription for anti-malaria pills. I'm back with the full container of pills. While it is incredibly risky for someone to buy my old pills (for trust reasons), is it illegal?

Re: Selling your own perscription medicine
It is illegal for anyone but licensed pharmacists or other licensed health care professionals to sell prescription medicines. You cannot legally sell your pills, but I don't know offhand whether your buyer would also be breaking the law.
