Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
senerio is this: a warrant was issuef for 50,000 for 11550,11366,11377 for someone that has not had police contact or been arrested and no open cases.but obviously has been told on by a "reliable informant" its all they have to go off of no other proof.what can be done about this?
