Sentence for Calif first degree robbery
Does anyone know how I can find what the typical sentence is for a first time offender in Contra Costa County charged with first degree robbery?

Re: Sentence for Calif first degree robbery
There is no "typical" sentence in cases such as this. First degree robbery carries up to 6 years (up to 9 if it's done "in concert" - with another person). Add in weapons enhancements (if any) and injury to the victim (if any).
The sentence can be anything from probation & a county jail sentence up to many years in prison, depending on the facts, a defendant's history, early plea, etc.
You'll need to have an in-person consultation with a criminal defense attorney to get a more detailed analysis.
