Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If you were sentenced to angermanagement can seeing a therapist who is working with you on those issues be accepted as an alternative, and if so is there any cases to refer to where this has been accepted in California courts?

If it is an acceptable alternative you are going to have it approved by the court. You should contact your probation officer to get her opinion. If you get a positive response you will probably need to request a change in the sentencing order. If you wait until after you were you to have your anger management completed you are probably going to be out of luck. I find it very unlikely there is any case law that supports a defendant choosing an alternative without approval.
