If i've been sentenced and bail has been exonerated do i have to pay remaining bail to the bailbondsman?

Yes. When you purchase a bail bond, you're basically buying an insurance policy that will pay the full bail amount to the court if you don't show up.
The bond company has earned its money when you're released... even if you walked directly from the jail to the courthouse and the judge exonerated the bond ten minutes later.
