Is it possible to go in and ask the judge to reverse the 80percent time to 50 percent time post sentencing on a state criminal case?

Re: Sentencing
It is not the judge who decides the amount of credit to be awarded - it's the laws that do that. But there may be ways to modify the sentence and possibly even the plea (if the case was settled with a plea). But much more information is necessary in order to determine whether any of these things are possible. If you'd like to discuss this with me further, please don't hesitate to contact me.
