what is the sentencing for statutory rape?

I need to find out what the laws are on statutory rape and the minimum sentencing for statutory rape.

Penal Code Section 261.5 is the appropriate statute for sex with a minor or under the age of 18. The sentence can either be maximum one year in the county jail; or 2, 3, or 4 years in prison.
