My Son has never been in trouble and has P.C273.5, P.C591 on him no bruises either, I just want to know the Min to Max sentence the Jugde can give?

The maximum for a penal code section 273.5 is 4 years in state prison or 1 year in county jail. Based on the statement that there was no bruising, that is minimal injury, he is most likely to get a county jail sentence and a 52 week domestic violence counseling course. Obtaining defense counsel is the best approach.
