Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Served w/Harassment & CLETS under false pretenses.
Ex-boyfriend claims relationship ended 4 mos. ago and since then I have stalked, verbally abused & threated him w/bodily harm. In reality I broke it off 1 mo. ago because he is not trustworthy and/or faithful. He lies constantly & has done so on the petition that I was served. We live two block from each other & the kids go to the same school. I go out of my way not to run into him. He wants revenge for getting caught practically with his pants down. He tells everyone that I'm crazy. Please advise.
