service in petition 1203.4
i plead guilty as petty theft (misdemeanor) and got informal probation in 3 yrs (the conviction on Sep 2000). i had paid the fine that about$800 only and did not have any service to do. In the petition 1203.4, what should i fill out for the page �proof of service� ? and what section in the docket report should i use to fill out for the question �on the date of, . . . . . . the defendant was convicted of the misdemeanor/felony offense of violation of section(s) (list all)�? i really appreciate for your help

The petition needs to served in the district attorney's office and the probation department.
