Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Serving in jail, but two small warrants in another county
My boyfriend is currently serving 6
months for violating his probation,
his PD said he would only serve a
portion of it- 4 months.
Unfortunately he has two warrants
for driving on a suspended license in
another county, if he has them
transferred to his current jail for
concurrent enrollment, could he
serve longer than 4 months?

No. He will have to face those charges after he is released. (It is possible, though unlikely, that he would instead stand trial while still in custody.) If he is sentenced on either or both of them he will have to serve additional time.
