Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was set up by a older cousin who is lp at target. Nobody else new we were related until I said something I came in with a even exchange with no receipt the young lady let me do a even exchange for everything 1 size bigger and what I couldn't find in a size bigger she let me pick up some things that would add up to the same price or a little bit under and if the price was a little less she added candy or something so I could pay the remaining balance. On my way out the store he grabbed me and immediately detained me and told me "don't fucking lie to him because either way my kids are going to cps and I'm going to santa rita" they went through my bags and kept telling me I was lying about the stuff that was mines. They pulled out a stack of receipts from the even exchange that was done but refused to look at the camera, receipts, ask the young lady at customer service or even grab my stuff from customer service that I originally came in with. Just curious I asked him did he know about the hit and run accident that happen with our other cousin and my mom car and he just looked at me and smile. Set up? Illegal? Please help court is 10/22/2014. I also carry a guard card in which he new about and new exactly where I work at and told me "it's over for my guard card and job"

You really need to speak to an experienced attorney, over the phone, and go over everything, so the lawyer can explain how they would defend you and the process. Most attorneys offer free consultations, so make a call. David Wallin
