Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Setup?

WELL,i was arrested for possession of meth,possession with intent to sell,and sales. a past friend had gotten out of jail and came to me asking to buy drugs.I told him he was crazy and leave my property and dont come back.The very next day he returned,wanting to talk to my girlfriend.so she went outside and talked to him,then came back in and said he wanted drugs again. well,20 days later i was driving to get something to eat and i got pulled over and told to get out and on the ground.then i was told i was being arressted for sales of meth !!! i had nothing to hide.we go to the shop and 30 seconds later one comes out with 3 ozs of meth !!! the guy that i didnt like was the cops CRI. this guy was after my gf,has kids with my brothers ex wife,was arrested for a 11550 in front of our house and thought i had him arrested.they also found a scale at my shop,which is his,he was the one selling thats why i moved out !!! can they fingerprint the scale and dope they found? what will happen if they print the scale and it has his prints and none of mine? any help would be great. thanks for your time!!

You need to be represented by an attorney in this case. Only by discussing all of the facts with you could the importance or lack of importance of his finger prints on the scales, and other items.
