sex crime

about 2003 he was encarcerated for annoy/molest and send to prison but he was charge with another person. now again he is encarcerated for annoy/molest my son has never molest any child or been not even close to 100 ft. to this last icident. he is deaf. disable

I do not understand your question or the terms you are using. You may be confused on what you are trying to say. I do not think your son was incarcerated for simply annoying someone. If you son was actually incarcerated in prison I am certain there was more to it and it probably was not the first incident involving whatever type of activity he was charged with. However please review your question and you will see that you are not providing any facts and you are not posing any question. Your simply saying your son was incarcerated and he was not within 100 ft of the person. If you are looking for information on what your son is going through and what is in store for him. I would suggest you contact the District Attorney or if he has been assigned a public defender then contact his public defender.
