There is no general rule against the victim of any crime visiting the perpetrator in prison. But there could be reasons why a particular visit wouldn't be allowed, such as a prison lockdown, a restraining order (not necessarily from the sexual-abuse case), or a violation of the prison's visitation policies. I can think of other reasons as well. If a victim wants to visit and isn't sure whether she's allowed to, she should discuss her situation with a lawyer.
