Sexual assult.
Thanks for this service. my questions is, if the closing argument
is made, can the defendent bring into play new vital evidences during the verdict day or what should he do next to submit the new evidence to the jury? Thanks you very much!

Real criminal trials aren't at all like the ones on TV. Since both sides rest their cases prior to closing argument, a real defense attorney would need a really compelling reason to reopen the case and would need to explain why the new evidence could not have been presented during the trial.
