Sexual "harassment" is a concept of civil law, not criminal law. You can be sued for sexual harassment and can be forced to pay damages for it, but you can't be locked up for it.

However, it is quite possible that the acts of harassment would also be crimes. For example, repeatedly touching a co-worker as you describe would be grounds for a harassment suit, and each instance would qualify as a battery -- perhaps even a sexual battery. If it was just one isolated incident you might not even be prosecuted or might get a sentence that didn't include jail time. If it was part of a pattern of conduct the chances of going to jail would be much higher.

How long such a defendant would have to spend behind bars would depend upon what crime(s) he committed, how many times he committed them and the circumstances of each act.

Civil Suit is money....criminal sexual battery could be a felony. Talk to an attorney.
