Sexually explicit pictures sent to my cell phone
My son's exgirlfriend sent two pictures of sexual nature from my son's cell phone to mine when they broke up...she is the owner of the phone. Can I charge her with anything...one of the pictures had her face and a part of my son's anatomy...the other did not have her face...but he tells me that they were of him. I was talking to him on another phone when this happened, and someone else watched her send the calls to my phone.
I am in Oregon, and she was in California at the time. This is extremely upsetting to me.

It would matter on whether or not a jury may determine the act to be outrageous beyond the norms of civil society and if you suffered severe emotional distress. How old is your son? Was the sender aware that you would have been emotionally distressed by the photos? Contact me directly.
